- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and time required for the job. I’m upfront and transparent about costs. Additional charges may apply if extra labor, heavy items, disposal fees, or store runs are required, but those are always discussed before proceeding. No surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few key questions and reviewing photos or model numbers if available. I confirm scope, pricing, and timing before scheduling. On the job, I arrive prepared, protect the space, complete the work carefully, test everything, and clean up before leaving. I also explain how systems work so customers feel confident using them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical background with hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, smart security systems, and appliance installation. I’m familiar with manufacturer guidelines, electrical safety basics, and best practices for secure mounting and proper setup. I stay current with smart home platforms like Ring, Nest, Google Home, Alexa, and similar systems.
