I have used them 2 times already, and the peace of mind was a huge value. I recommend it to my friends. Excellent word quality, and how organized they are. How careful with my boxes/furniture and how efficient the whole process was.

Diego and his helper expertly moved the very expensive (very heavy) bedroom set I bought on OfferUp. They were very helpful to coordinate the pick up without my presence and delivered the furniture to my home with care. They also helped move furnishings already in place to get the set into the room and position it where it needed to go. They were particularly careful and attentive to not scratch my new floors or damage paint or walls when moving it upstairs. They took their time to do the job right, and charged a very fair price for a rather difficult job. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to anyone needing help for a move or job they cannot do themselves. Thanks again, Diego!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer has different needs, so our pricing depends on the type of job, distance and how many items the customer wants to move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a lead, i try to understand what he/she needs, how many items need to move, distance, if the move/delivery has stairs. I text or call after I get all the information, i give my quote, sometimes i show an hourly price, other times i just give a flat rate, so the customer knows how much they are going to pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first experiences were helping friends to move from their homes, and later, my first jobs were running apps like Dolly or Bungii and i learned how to move furniture or appliances, and how to protect it. After that, i'm still learning every day about this business.
