- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount to military members, teachers, and first responders (with proper credentials as proof). Depending on the location, there could be travel fees added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what kind of ceremony the couple would like - we offer religious, civil and spiritual ceremonies - and how they would like to be addressed and pronounced in their wedding ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are notaries and ordained ministers.
