Sam did a great job for us fixing some stuff that another contractor and plumber messed up. He found a leak that would have eventually cost me thousands in the future. Here are some things he did: -fix and re solder a shower valve -replace a cracked sink basin on a vanity -added electrical outlets -re grouted a small area -fixed a warped deck And much much more stuff

I really can’t say enough how awesome Sam and his team were. They were able to schedule us promptly, even around the holidays. Their work was top notch and they were friendly, and super professional in their interactions with me and my family. They also cleaned up very nicely when they were done. We had SDF paint 2 rooms for us, as well as the ceilings. They also installed a new bi-fold closet door for us which required them to trim a new door, sand and put multiple coats of paint on. They also installed 2 ceiling fans for us and assembled a kid’s loft bed and furniture. I can’t say enough how awesome these guys were. I will definitely being hiring Sam and his team again for more work!!

Sam from SDF construction contacted me a couple of days before he was scheduled to meet with me to see if I could meet with him that day. I said yes and we met. I reviewed my plans for several projects with him. He took measurements, wrote down ample notes and was easy to work with. A true professional. I’m looking forward to getting back his estimates. A 5 Star beginning but I gave 4 Stars until he does the actual work.
