I CANNOT say enough positive things about Pam and Red99 Catering.
I entrusted the catering of my daughter's wedding to Pam and wow, am I so glad I did. Pam was prompt, professional and brought great tasting food, she made the process super easy and we decided right then and there that we loved her food.
On the wedding day, again very prompt and professional, brought the food and set it all up effortlessly. All the wedding guests raved about the food and had such great things to say. They were extremely pleased with dinner and we still had plenty of amazing leftovers the next day.
If you are needing a caterer, I very strongly recommend you book with Pam. One of the easiest and best decisions when it came to the wedding. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

This was by far one of the best catering experiences I've had!! Pam was responsive throughout the entire process. The entire staff LOVED the food and we will definitely be using her services again. The quality of the food was top tier.

No, one of our objectives is to always give first class service while working within the customers budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to respond to customers within 1 hour of receiving a contact through thumbtack,
We talk with the customer and ask questions regarding the event we are then able to customize a menu unique to you and your guests working within your budget,
With the menu and details finalized we request a deposit to secure the booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs are certified to management level in Florida Serve safe procedures, our two lead chefs have a combined 40 yrs experience between them and are both culinary trained
