This was by far one of the best catering experiences I've had!! Pam was responsive throughout the entire process. The entire staff LOVED the food and we will definitely be using her services again. The quality of the food was top tier.

Great Vendor to work with I will definitely use them in the future. They were accommodating as our event ran later than expected. Pam provided an excellent service and she was very easy to communicate with. She even went out of her way to pick up some materials that we needed on that day as well.

When I initially contacted Red99 catering, I was surprised at the speed I received a response. We immediately went to work creating the menu, for which I was given a terrific selection to choose from. On the day of the party, Red99 was here exactly as promised and provided everything down to the serving wear. We had plenty of food and left overs for guests to enjoy at home. The quality of food was excellent and the value was perfectly priced. We will definitely use Red99 for any event we need catered. It’s hard to find companies that actually do what is promised and this one was a gem to find. Do not hesitate to call them, you will be treated well!

No, one of our objectives is to always give first class service while working within the customers budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to respond to customers within 1 hour of receiving a contact through thumbtack, We talk with the customer and ask questions regarding the event we are then able to customize a menu unique to you and your guests working within your budget, With the menu and details finalized we request a deposit to secure the booking.

Our chefs are certified to management level in Florida Serve safe procedures, our two lead chefs have a combined 40 yrs experience between them and are both culinary trained
