Tim was amazing! He was able to fix my issue quickly and had more than reasonable pricing. He was went out of his way to fix my HVAC the same day, definitely will be contacting him again if I need anything with my HVAC in the future!

I can't say eough good things about Tim. He reached out to my initial Thumbtack request but I had already started working with another contractor. Well that contractor tried to scam me and rip me off so I called Tim the next day to see if he could still help me. He was straight forward with me and explained he wouldn't be able to get to me right away because he does still have a day job. Boy am I glad I waited for Tim! He's been excellent! Responsive, detailed, and most importantly honest. He explained the problem and provided a cost effectiv solution. This is a rental property for me and he was able to keep the cost down while fixing the issue- which was no heat in the house. Tim will continue to be my contractor for this property and I encourage anyone wanting an honest technician to reach out to Tim.
