I have real world technical skills applied through classroom and on the job training helping customers understand why the are having computer issues. And showing them how to avoid making the same mistakes in the future. Not just fixing a problem and keeping the reason why it is not working a secret. Meeting people and teaching them new skills also l love the challenge of fixing a machine where others have failed analysis and fault finding are my favorite tasks.
