Robert Shaffer was a life saver to me. I had a dilemma with a bathroom door. He access the problem and made it work. I had a new door outside in the shed, was not sure if it was in shape or not. Bob went inside and got it out, because I hate spider webs. Not only does the door look great. He even went up the street to get me a doorknob. I definitely will be using him again and recommending him to my friends and family.

I reached out to Touch of Quality on a Sunday. We discussed the job and he said he could do it Tuesday. Monday evening he messages me and says that he needs to finish the job he started Monday and could he complete my job Wednesday. I was fine with that. Tuesday he's asks for my address and I think everything's good for Wednesday. Wednesday morning he says he has car problems and would be 30 minutes late. 30 minutes later he says he has to tow his car and could he do Friday but would understand if I found someone else. Me, really needing the job done, and the options that came up in my area were slim to say the least, so I offer to pick him up if he was still having car problems come Friday. He doesn't respond. I messaged him Thursday evening to confirm for Friday and again no response. So I don't know what type of work he does (he may be great!) but his communication is very poor. I guess in hindsight maybe I could assume him offering if I went with someone else was his way of saying he didn't want to complete the job but I would have so much rather him just be up front especially being as though I had already burned through a couple of days communicating with him and making arrangements for the job. Now I am literally back at square one and as stated the professionals listed in my area were 2 and one has now been eliminated. Very disappointing...
