BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!! If you only hire for clean the lady is great and humble and I am sure she will do a great cleaning job. The father and son however offered their services to paint the entire house that was left a mess by a previous tenant. Just to find out that they were too busy to actually do it cause they took two other projects (or so they said)… Samuel started the paint job without cleaning or sanding the walls, without removing or taping the plugs or light switches. Without even covering the nail holes, I went to confront them about it and asked to do it the proper way which is prep/clean the wall, fix holes then paint, and they said they don’t care what I want, they have their own way of doing things and they will do that later, meaning fix the holes and repaint just the spots they worked on after… there was glue residue and chocolate that he didn’t scrape off the wall, just painted over. I had some paint pealing off over the shower from the humidity and he did a sloppy job covering that, and said that that’s what I paid for!!! I was outraged by that, I agreed to pay what he asked for, and even though when he gave my initial quote he said that trims and baseboards weren’t included and asked for $1000 dollars more and I agreed to that too. But I didn’t expect them to be that unprofessional and entitled and disrespectful. Stay away from their business!!! Don’t waste your money on a sloppy job!
