I just love my new floors and my new handyman Jay. My previous floors were destroyed by water damage (for the second time) and had to be replaced. Jay gave me an estimate and such assurance that I couldn’t refuse. He helped me pick out this beautiful flooring that was waterproof and thick to help with my poor old feet. But where I came to appreciate Jay the most was his attention to detail. Everything had to be done to perfection. He didn’t place it against the old baseboards (like the previous company did) but put in new ones with a new modern look. He asked me why I would want to put a new floor against old old baseboards. And he was so right. I was impressed by his workmanship and his willingness to work and to help in any way he could. Like I said before, Jay is my go to handyman for everything from now on.

Jay called promptly and was here within three hours of my initial search. I was having electrical problems and after a quick inspection, found that it was out in the meter. He's coming back in a few weeks to due some plumbing work. Would recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair in my pricing. I will give customer an estimate detailing the work that will be completed. Once we agree on the estimate and time of completion. Customer will pay the deposit to start the job and pay the balance upon completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact with customer and coordinate a time for me to come out and look at the issue. I discuss the property with the customer to get an understanding of what is needed to complete the job and what is wanted by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been renovating residential properties for over ten years.
