Fernando was early and ready to work. He fixed my kitchen cabinet which was rotted out due to water damage. He is knowledgeable as he does have 25 hrs of experience and he does it ALL. He is also reasonable with his prices and I definitely would hire him again.

I had a water heater develop a leak in my 2nd floor condo unit. Fernando was recommended to me for the repairs. He replaced the water heater.
He removed and replaced all damaged structural components, the subfloor, and all new LVP throughout the entire condo.
The work was so good that I hired Fernando to do bathroom updates as well. New flooring, shower, toilet, faucets, and he refinished my tub and sink. This job was very complex. Please see photos. First 3 photos show new floor joists and subfloor. Next 3 photos are the finished job.
I have recommended Fernando to friends who were completely satisfied with his work also.

Fernando renovated my bathroom and im really happy with the result. From the beginning he was clear and explained every detail of the work He does everything himself plumbing, electricity, painting, everything so it makes it much easier because you only deal with one person and he takes care of the whole job. I would definitely recommend him.
