Roman was polite, professional and hard worker. He came home to fix my work laptop that was making a noise. (Lenovo) Want to mention that the laptop was dropped in some point and it looks like I was putting the laptop in a place with no air so the laptop was overheated. He tried several things until he came with a possible diagnosis for motherboard damage. I decided not to go with the repair because honestly i didn’t know if was worth it or better to buy a new one. Right now the laptop seems to be working fine after he opened so he advised me to put the laptop in a table instead to get the computer to breathe. I recommend Roman 👌

Roman was the best at attending to my computer troubles. Less than 1/2 hour after contacting Thumbteck, he called and scheduled a visit for the morning after. He checked parts inside the machine, replaced what was needed, cleaning the dust in it as well. All with knowledge, professionalism, and quick. I am very satisfied and will surely save his contact for future needs, recommending his service to whoever asks.

Roman came to my home and spent 2 hours working on my computer. He completely disassembled one of the PC fans and thoroughly cleaned it. He was very detailed in his work. I used to own a computer store many years ago and Roman is an outstanding tech and a good person

I posted what I needed at 3:00 a m. Abd couldn't believe Roman responded as soon as I posted. He gave me an approximate cost explaining it would be different if parts were needed. He was fast ..he showed up on time and he fixed my computer within an hour. He will be my go to for any it solutions. The cist was very affordable considering he came to me. Thank you Roman!!

I was in desperate need of my computer, which was not working at all. I was in such distress that I bought a new computer. Roman responded very quickly to my request for help and came the same day.
