I'm always a little nervous when bringing in technicians to do repairs on our property as the quality of work can vary greatly, but what a pleasure it was to be introduced to Travis on Thumbtack.
Travis spotted the problems with our Hot-tub and repaired them to a very high standard, he kept us informed on delivery of parts during the repair, and scheduled his visits around our timetable.
But above all he was a pleasure to deal with and we will have no hesitation in calling him for future repairs.

Above ground hot tub water leak. Could not have been a more professional, prompt arrival, thorough assessment of the problem, and complete repair. Travel time was 52 miles from my house, Travis spent 1.5 hrs. repairing the leak, putting the hot tub completely back together which I could have done but he insisted on doing it. I was charged only the fee quoted for the service call. Travel time and hours spent repairing the leak far exceeded my expectations for the small fee charged. For future needs of any type repairs, I will always go to Thumbtack. Highly recommend them. Would gladly have them use me as a reference if requested!

Travis was on time and very thorough and knowledgeable with our spa repairs at our home.
His repair prices were fair and he stayed till the job was done to our satisfaction even though it took over 2 hours to complete. We recommend Travis for all of your spa repairs. Great job!!

I had a small leak in my hot tub. A service technician had looked at it and said that the parts could not be sourced and that the hot tub pump had to be replaced. I called Travis and he was there within 24 hours. He found the problem quickly and made the repair on the spot. Superb service at a fair price.
