Travis was fantastic on all levels. Responsive, punctual, courteous, personable and friendly, showed strong knowledge of hot tubs and analyzed our problem quickly, followed through getting replacement part we needed, installed it and cleaned up afterward. Pricing was very reasonable, too. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance/service for the hot tub/spa.

Very happy with the service. Travis was able to come within a day to check out our spa to see what our problem was. It ended up just being a fuse. I was impressed that everything, including some spa knowledge I didn't know, was fantastic. I would highly recommend Southern Flow anytime I need assistance with my spa.

Travis was awesome! Wish I found him sooner He came out earlier than expected, ordered the part that day and had it installed days later while most jacuzzi repair guys online gave me the run around why they couldn't get it done. Even my Golden Retriever, Maverick loved him and wanted to help...Highly recommended for any Jacuzzi / Spa repairs :)

Travis was very informative as to what I needed to get my hot tub back into tip top shape, He made recommendations as to different options I had to accomplish what I wanted as far as a lift and a cover. He was professional and a joy to work with and he is my go to man for anything future I need for my hot tub. He kept me informed as to when he would perform the work evem with shipping delays. I would highly tell anyone to contact him if they need work done.
