- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base Estimate: Our prices are calculated according to your specific needs, with base rates outlined on our profile. For Standard Cleaning, the quoted price covers up to 2.5 hours of service. If additional time is required, it will be charged at $40 per extra hour. For Deep Cleaning, Move-In, or Move-Out services, the quoted price covers up to 3.5 hours of service. If additional time is required, it will be charged at $60 per extra hour. Cancellation Policy: In case of same-day cancellation, a $50 fee will be charged to compensate for the losses incurred. Cancellations made the day before the appointment will incur a $30 fee, as it is difficult for us to schedule another client on such short notice. Price Adjustments: The final price may be adjusted if there are significant differences between the services described and the actual condition of the client’s residence.
