- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge to provide a quote. We offer direct financing through our app. We accept cash, check, ACH, Zelle, and credit cards (with an additional 3% fee).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first contact, I need your name and address so we can schedule a visit and get a detailed understanding of your needs in order to provide a more accurate quote. In some cases, it's also possible for us to provide a quote through photos, which can be sent via Zillow links or *****.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with painting 8 years ago in Massachusetts. I also worked in California and have been living in Florida since 2021, where I started my own business. I’ve worked with various types of professionals and in many different situations, which gave me the experience to get where I am today. I’ve adapted all the techniques I’ve learned and improved them to deliver high-quality service to my clients.
