- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects high-end materials, meticulous preparation, and absolute precision. We operate as an owner-operated boutique business. This means I am personally on-site executing the work and performing the main technical tasks to guarantee absolute excellence. For larger projects, I bring in trusted assistance, but no project ever happens without my direct physical involvement and supervision. You are paying for master-level craftsmanship and total peace of mind, not a rushed subcontracted job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in accuracy and transparency, which is why we do not offer virtual or over-the-phone estimates. Our process begins with a mandatory on-site consultation to accurately assess room dimensions, surface conditions, lighting, and your specific expectations. Following the visit, you will receive a detailed, itemized quote within a maximum of 24 hours. Before any work begins, we sign a formal contract to fully protect both parties. On-site, I perform intensive surface protection before starting the meticulous prep and painting process, concluding with a final walk-through with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained and certified in advanced architectural coatings, industrial cabinet refinishing, and specialized electrostatic spray applications. I stay continually educated on the latest coating technologies, high-performance spray equipment, and local Florida environmental requirements to ensure the correct paint chemistry is applied to every unique surface I work on.
