Do not hire this company. They will take your money and not complete the job agreed upon.
The owner of this company and I agreed that they will grade my property and ensure that there would be no standing water and that 6-9 loads of dirt would be used. He took my money, came out for about 6 hours worth of work where he pushed dirt from my property around. Once done, claimed the job was complete and wanted the rest of the money. Fortunately for me, it rained and revealed large puddles where the leveling was unsatisfactory. 2 months have gone by. He refuses to refund my money and it is pulling teeth to get the business to communicate. I am a disabled veteran with a young family. Save yourself and do not hire.
