Awesome experience!! I was able to get the job started while I was waiting for a ride to my car. My ride ran late and when I got there he had me 2 new keys and with the extra time while waiting on me, he programmed 2 new remotes for my 2006 Ford E-250!! This is something I had been wanting to do but making a dedicated trip to the dealership to have the remote programmed is not something that I would do. And I think his services were less than what the dealership would charge for one key.

Alex answered my call on the first ring this morning when my husband's key got stuck in his truck but would not turn the truck on. He told me he would be able to fix it and come today. He had another appointment and was an hour away but he came right away to assess the issue. Then he ordered or went to get the parts he needed and came back in the early afternoon to fix it. I can't tell you how many days this saved us by not having to go to a mechanic or the truck dealership. Feeling very lucky to have found Alex and AK Locksmith and will keep his information close by! Don't hesitate to call him if you want to run a situation by him to see if he can fix it. He will give you an honest answer and a very honest price and he'll get the work done as soon as he can.
