- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and flexible. I can work with each individual budge but still keep my worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to find out their ideas and needs. I want to hear what are they looking for. Once, acknowledge my customers needs I Proceed to give my professional advice. My job is to please and give what my customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 yrs of experience. 6 of those were working with cosmetics lines going on training and seminars. I went to The salon Professional Academy in Gainesville for my Florida esthetician License in 2008.
