Hired Tony to repaint two water-stained ceiling areas in my rental property while I was out of state, so I was relying entirely on him to handle it without me there.

He showed up on time, quoted a flat price with materials included, and made a store run himself for the paint. The job took about an hour and a half. He sent photos when he finished, and the follow-up photos a couple of days later confirmed the work held up , no bleed-through, texture blends in, both spots look clean.
