Very happy with the work done by Alex. Will definitely use again. Everything - fence, pavers, sidewalks, lanai - looks better than they have in years. He really cared about the work he did and wanted me to be satisfied with the job done. Excellent work. Good price.

Alex weathered family and equipment issues that were beyond his control to expertly clean our tile roofing over a two day period. He is very personable and based on competitive quotes from other thumbtack vendors, probably undervalues his services.

Attached are before and after photos of our worst areas.

As a constructive comment, he needs to proactively contact clients with updated schedule and schedule changes if he thinks he’ll be over 15 minutes late.

We’ll look him up when we need roof cleaning again.

Alex came and pressure washed my elderly mother in laws back patio. He responded to messages, came when he said he would and most importantly, did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future!
