- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we provide Adequate Services and affordable prices. we give out estimastes to give you a ball park number until we get to the job and see what we working with. But Most importantly the job will be done correctly, where once its done you can sit back and look at your house and say "Wow" what a difference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well The customer first tells me what they want, well calculate the best estimate to fit the customers budget, If customers says yes to the job.. well move forward, Ill collect 50% upfront as the deposit before the job is started and the rest when the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive done pressure washing for a year already for neighbors friends and family so im not new to this type of work but yes we all can learn more everyday as we grow. and thats the type of person i am hard working and will find a way to get the job done and correct.
