Where do I start, we have been working with LMS for over half a year now and there is absolutely nothing short of Awesome experience. Preethi and Ashokan have been an anchor of our property management journey which has lead to 100% five star reviews on our property. They are responsive, take ownership, try to work with you and also go above and beyond on every aspect of property management. Absolutely recommend them for your property manager.

We had an issue recently and LMS pulled out all the stops to get the situation resolved, they went above and beyond what
was expected.
Unlike many other management companies out there they don’t charge for minor works it’s all included in their fees so they are good value for money.
They are also very professional in the way they conduct their business and always answer any queries promptly.
I would highly recommend

We have been working with LMS as our property manager since we listed our home as a short term rental. We have a super host rating now and always get 5 stars for cleanliness, thanks to LMS. They are responsive, supportive and fairly priced. We trust their judgment and appreciate the pride they put into their work. Definitely an A+ property manager in the Davenport, FL area.
