- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we determine our pricing by what type of material is needed. and price per square foot depending on the projects we also have flat prices. we do not price our jobs by zip code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process for all are customers starts by introducing are selfs followed by asking a few questions in regards to there roof situation. then we will set up an appointment to evaluate roof at a date and time that is convenient for are customer.
