I used PPTA for a recent party I had and they were excellent. Kelby and his staff were very experienced, detailed and punctual. They did everything I requested and my guests were very impressed on their attentiveness and professionalism. I couldn't have picked a better security company, especially for the money I spent. I asked for quotes, he provided a quote and then was to send a contract to be signed. I have not heard back from this company since that time. Workers were needed today 10/06/16 and he has ignored request after agreement was made.

Mr Turner requested a quote and it was given according to his hours of operation and officers needed. He was given a total price for his request and wanted an hourly quote and it was given and proceeded to change the time officers were needed and the amount of officers as well. He then sent me an email address requesting a contract. At no point did Mr Turner come forth and state that he was a representative of another security agency that provides security in other states. I requested his billing information to complete his requested contract and he responded that "Pay is like any corporate client, net 30." In his following email he sent a contact so that we wouldn't appropriate his client. He didn't even provide a phone number in any message or email. We never had an agreement nor do we back out of our contracts which neither party signed. Due to the lack of information, integrity and communication, we chose not to accept your company (SES Protection) as a client. If you or anyone else chooses to leave a negative review for any business, the entire truth should be told.
