- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with a new customer is to listen. We hear our clients needs and ask all the pertinent questions in order to have a clear outlook of their project. After gathering all the necessary data, we prepare a cost effective quote to our client addressing every detail discussed in our initial meeting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked as a translator since my early high school days for student groups and realized I was good at it. I had accuracy and talent which led me to develop my skills through college and various job positions in Multinational Companies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Document translation in the areas of Legal, Financial, Education, Technology, Immigration, Corporate, Government and the US Military among others.
