I was very pleased with Maintenance Guy USA. He was ten minutes early to the appointment...assessed the situation...was immediately aware of the fact that the hardware that we had purchased was the wrong size for safe replacement (and was able to relay that to me without making me feel like an idiot)...and was still able to fix our problem without anything being replaced. He saved me a lot of money!

Definitely the best value for Pressure washing services in the area. Jenny was very responsive. My entire patio/deck/pool area was covered and caked with grime and dirt and Andy was able to lift it all up to uncover a new, clean surface. He also gave a good wash to the driveway and front of the house, all for a great deal. Andy gave our property a much needed wash/makeover. Would definitely use Maintenance USA again.

Best Handyman in Florida. He responded quickly, was on time, performed great work quality, and is a knowledgeable personable nice guy. I will continue using his expertise/service and I would definitely recommend. On a side note, I was not prepared for his on time visit and he waiting for me! Thanks again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge by the hour. We do not charge a call out fee. If we can fix an item we will rather than buying new when you don't need to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a job is accepted we agree a date and time to carry out the work. Payment is taken on the day by cash or check or we can invoice and payment be sent upon receipt.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with Property Management Companies on vacation homes and private owners on their own homes.
