- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate of $75 per hour with a 5 hour minimum per day. There are no hidden fees and gratuities are optional. Please note: There is a $100 per day surcharge for major holidays (this is given directly to your guide with no cut taken by the business.)

Ask to see if the guide you're working with is the guide who will be assisting you. How many years of experience will your personal guide have?
