- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally speaking my rate is $15 per hour and I charge a one hour minimum to cover my time. For larger projects this can be negotiated, although I feel an hourly system is more fair to both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing on a scope of work and a price I send an agreement to be signed. Work then begins and I try to keep my clients as informed as possible to what I have completed or changed. My clients always get the final say in corrections or content and I am not happy until they are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been writing as a hobby all my life and I am writing a book to be published on Kindle later this year. I have a BA in Small Business Management from Norther Arizona University where I graduated in the top 15% of my class.
