Introduction: My experience in the industry is very well-rounded, which causes my teaching style to be very "complete." Not only is my education in the arts extensive, but I've played roles on stage, in film, commercials, and print-work. I've worked independently and through agents. I have experience in casting, directing, teaching, learning, creating, writing, choreographing, and I bring all of these elements to the table when I'm working with my students. I love seeing my students come out of their shell and stretch beyond their comfort zones. As a performer, there are always new ways to challenge yourself, and seeing a student reach a new level in their craft is incredible to experience!

I was in the market for some private acting lessons, and Teri Lea from the Ignite Arts Academy has so far exceeded my expectations. In my situation, she knows exactly what I am going for, and is capable of delivering. My only complaint thus far is that I waited so long to get started.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Coaching*: Single Session (1-hour) - $45 6-session Package - $240 10-session Package - $350. *Online registration is required prior to the first session. Custom Choreography, Writing, and Production varies depending on the project. Please call for details and to discuss it further.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always recommend booking a single Private Coaching Session first. That allows us to get to know each other better and discuss goals and process as well. From there, you can continue with the coaching, jump into a course, or both!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts and a Minor in Dance Choreography. Plus a lifetime of experience! Performing Arts is something you don't just take one class for and you're done. You continue to take classes and grow in your craft with each project. I have taken acting and dance classes all my life and continue to do so.
