Mr. Wagner is very knowledgeable and professional individual. He helped me fight my Second DUI case. we took the case to trial as he recommended. In court he knew exactly what to say and what he was doing. He definitely knows the law in detail and does his research in order to accommodate for his clients case.His secretary is very nice and always keeps you up to date when Mr. Wagner is not available. He is also very affordable compared to any other lawyer in Daytona.

Greg, represented me,on a case of questionable outcome. He was able to negate some of the charges, due to improper implementation by the authorities. Due to his Due Diligence, a charge was dismissed, and the other charges were brought into question. This was nothing short of miraculous. His attention to detail, and his personable attitude, made for a comfort zone, I had not anticipated.

Greg wagner successfully navigated me through a difficult crimnal case through stretigic maneuvering only made possible by his knowledge of the inner workings of the system. I was facing at least one year. The case was dismissed at last moment because said strategy & my working within his guidance.
