Mister Sparky is a lifesaver! Our home got struck by lightning and I called multiple electricians around the area to check our electrical system for our home and Mister Sparky was the only one to come to our home within the same day I called. James came and was a blessing to me and my family. He started working on our home that same evening he came. He worked on our home with an associate Branden. With his experience we were able to systematically fix and go through our homes electrical system carefully and safely. His expertise and knowledge as well as his diligence to document every issue and fix them was top notch. On top of his expertise and knowledge, his empathy stood out the most. His understanding of our situation and the fortitude to get us in our home as soon as possible without losing the quality of service. Austin and Brandon did a fantastic job. Realized the initial impression of the necessary fix was incorrect, and changed to a better fix. They were very helpful and worked diligently to complete work in the least amount of time to get us back up and running.
