My experience began 18 mos ago when after 3 attempts, we could NOT locate where the leak existed. They were gracious in the guarantee and refunded me with an apology. Fast forward, after a hemorrhaging water bill, I asked them to try again.
Phillip (original inspector) came out again and voila...leak found!
The underground, outdoor plumbing arrangement was so unusual and never experienced, that logical thinking and standard techniques would never have found the leak.
Even as baffled as I was frustrated, they remained tenacious, dedicated an it paid off. I am now on a mission to hold the party for causing the pipe damage, financially responsible and expect them to make it right ASAP.
