- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending the type of job, labor involved and how long it will take to execute the project. Additionally pricing may fluctuate if I have additional workers on the project/ job with me. Everything discussed will be noted in the estimate paperwork, agreed upon and signed before we move forward on the project. This helps to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with customers is to listen to what they need, reiterate their request back to them so that we are on the 'same page', offer my recommendation of services, cost involved and then explain the process of the project step by step from start to finish. No money/ payment will be taken until the job is complete and the customer is 100% satisfied with all of my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in Framing, Housing, Plumbing, Electrical as well as Auto and Diesel Mechanics. Additionally, I have taken multiple legal classes understanding customer's rights, and my rights as a contractor. I pride myself in looking out for the customers best interest. My objective is to ensure 100% satisfaction.
