I have over 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience as well as 20 years in bricklaying, fireplace/ hearth work. My experience includes, but is not limited to: Building Demolition, Excavation, Demolition & Hauling, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen and Bathroom (demo, remodel, custom fabrication), Flooring (Hardwood, Laminate), Junk Removal, Windows, Fencing etc.
My work is mostly custom, depending on what the customer is asking for, and executed with the mindset that I will exceed my customers expectation. I go above and beyond to make sure my customers are completely satisfied with all aspects of my work.
It's rewarding seeing a project through from beginning to end, and knowing that I have executed it to the best of my ability. The most enjoyable part is seeing my customers satisfied face after the project is complete. Their satisfaction is my top priority. Ted is perfect. Responsible's , valuable's, reasonable's, demolition's guy I have ever seen in my life. He brought his truck with extended please fo loading all stuff that he did demolition. Also, he use air scraper that got all dust plus he used plastic to cover all entrances . At end he clean everything. I called him twice he came for both time on time even early. I highly recommend him. Also he does flooring

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending the type of job, labor involved and how long it will take to execute the project. Additionally pricing may fluctuate if I have additional workers on the project/ job with me. Everything discussed will be noted in the estimate paperwork, agreed upon and signed before we move forward on the project. This helps to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with customers is to listen to what they need, reiterate their request back to them so that we are on the 'same page', offer my recommendation of services, cost involved and then explain the process of the project step by step from start to finish. No money/ payment will be taken until the job is complete and the customer is 100% satisfied with all of my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in Framing, Housing, Plumbing, Electrical as well as Auto and Diesel Mechanics. Additionally, I have taken multiple legal classes understanding customer's rights, and my rights as a contractor. I pride myself in looking out for the customers best interest. My objective is to ensure 100% satisfaction.
