Derek is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He assisted me over the phone with an outage that I had at home. I explained to him what was happening while speaking to him on the phone. With his help and a meter that I had at home he determined that the power was running at half power and referred me to the utility company .He always wants the best for his customers and sees that the job is finished all the way to the end!
