Shane is a very nice guy. He must of misunderstood the reason I wanted him at my home at 10:15. We was prompt, but he didn't bring his equipment with him. He left and was gone for 90 minutes. My goal was to have all the work done by the time I had to go back to work around 12:30 PM. I ended up having to take the afternoon off which was not scheduled in advance with my employer. I also would have recommended he start with the gutter cleaning instead of doing the swimming pool area. After he had cleaned the pool deck and screen enclosure, there was debris left on the pavers from the gutters. I also found a dead squirrel on the pavers near the clothes line. Probably won't use him again.

sorry to here you didn't have a great experience, I wish I would of known that you had to take off work , I must of miss understood, when I showed up to your house to do the gutters , and you saw that I do pressure washing an asked me to to give you a bid that you excepted, so I told you that I had to go get my pressure cleaning supplies to do the pressure cleaning an that I live in debary , an would be back to do everything, an you said that if I didn't get done by the time you had to leave that you would leave the check somewhere, an when I finished gutters the first thing I did was check your pool area an it was clean when I left, an as far as the squirrel I don't know how a dead squirrel got there but that had nothing to do with me,, but I would be more then happy to come back to you house an and make everything right for you, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience
