- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s a transportation fee if you want me to go to your place. In special dates, I give discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I check his skin and I recommend the costumer what’s best for his type of skin. Then I show the costumer what products are going to be used in his skin. And last, the costumer and I, agree a control appointment depending on his process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied aesthetics in Spain and in Florida. I also did a make up course in Spain.
