If you’re looking for honest testimonial, please continue reading this review. Six months ago, my husband and I bought our first home. Soon after closing, we started some renovations before finding a significant mold problem in the house that was obviously present and concealed prior to purchase and it was, unfortunately, never disclosed to us. While going through the process of mold remediation, we wanted to find out if we had any legal grounds for a lawsuit. In all honesty, my family has two lawyers on retainer (that I know very well) that I could have retained for our purposes; however, I was skeptical if their personalities and specializations would be a good fit for us. After doing some research, I came across a review for Mr. Pomeranz. I was so impressed that I immediately scheduled an appointment to speak with him. After having just one initial over-the-phone consultation with him to discuss our situation, I knew that he was the perfect attorney for us. Neither my husband nor I have any prior experience with legal issues and lawsuits, but Mr. Pomeranz always took the time to walk us through the process, explain the steps, advise us about our options and strategize the optimal approach with us. He was empathetic, proactive, detailed, thorough and extremely honest throughout the entire process and, because of him and his efforts, we were successful in the end.
