Without going into too much detail about what led us to Jeffrey, let's say, in absolutely simple words, "he was heaven sent." Earlier this year, my husband and I were involved in a very difficult experience involving the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one.
Unbeknownst to us, we desperately needed guidance and hope. What started out as simple slowly turned into a big problem that never seemed to end. For four months before requesting a consultation with Jeffrey, our home remained unsold, stress levels continued to rise, all during the pandemic.
Until January of this year when a lawyer came. Jeffrey E. Pomeranz quickly dove into the situation as we began to dismantle the complexity of everything at hand. This was a double process simultaneously happening of buying and selling, that required the knowledge and ability to coordinate each step of the process. He understood the problems we were having and instantly took the steps to dismantle every challenge we had faced for months.
His communication was top-notch, touching down with us every day, demonstrating care, and always proactively guiding us every step of the way. He quickly felt like a member of the family to us, and zeal and commitment were there on his part.
It's weird because he had this notion that lawyers were all about the money, but with Jeffrey, not once did he even remotely feel that way. Its price was not only fair, but transparent throughout the entire process. Along with its translucency, when it comes to contracts you must feel absolutely safe when negotiating them. A critical part of the whole process came down to contracts for us. He helped in the negotiation of both contracts and this was all during a critical moment. Time was of the essence and mentally we were both 100% exhausted.
This taught us the great lesson of always doing a background check before hiring someone to represent you. We do not want this to happen to anyone as it was an unpleasant experience that led to a very depressing situation that affected us greatly. But to prevent this whole scenario, I would recommend everyone to hire an attorney in cases like this. Having the right lawyer, as in our case, helped us to make the right decisions and also to gain knowledge in terms of negotiation. To say that Jeffrey was adept at providing updates as they emerged doesn't do him justice. He was certainly always there for us when we needed to take action and would communicate with us via email and phone calls at all times. We never feel alone after hiring you.
When it comes to contracts, don't just sign on the dotted line. You should get a lawyer who will read the clauses carefully and advise you of things you may not see. Hiring the right lawyer is worth it because it will give you something invaluable, it will give you peace of mind. Jeffrey did not charge an excessive amount for what he did. Honestly, even if I did, it would be worth it. He is someone who cares about his clients and lets you know that he is always working for you and to quickly get you where you want to be. No frills, it's all about action.
We have told you many times how absolutely grateful we are for everything you did for us, but given the complexity of it all, I feel like words will never be enough. Very grateful for your dedication, resourcefulness, knowledge, honesty, and kindness. He restored our faith. When it comes time to sell our house or buy a new one, the first call we will make is undoubtedly to Jeffrey. We can't thank him enough!

If you’re looking for honest testimonial, please continue reading this review. Six months ago, my husband and I bought our first home. Soon after closing, we started some renovations before finding a significant mold problem in the house that was obviously present and concealed prior to purchase and it was, unfortunately, never disclosed to us. While going through the process of mold remediation, we wanted to find out if we had any legal grounds for a lawsuit.
