FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, competitive, and based on the specific details of each project. Every home is different, so we provide clear, detailed estimates after reviewing the scope of work to ensure accuracy and no surprises. We offer free on-site estimates and take the time to walk through the project so you understand exactly what’s included. Our pricing reflects 26 years of professional experience, quality materials, proper preparation, and clean workmanship. We never cut corners to compete on price. For larger projects or returning customers, we’re always happy to discuss options that work within your goals and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site estimate where we walk through the project, discuss your goals, timeline, and answer any questions. We carefully assess the surfaces, prep requirements, and any repairs needed so we can provide a clear, detailed proposal. Once approved, we schedule the project and confirm all details in advance. Preparation is a major focus for us. We protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas, complete necessary repairs, and ensure surfaces are properly prepped before any paint is applied. During the project, we maintain a clean and organized workspace and communicate consistently so you always know what to expect. At completion, we do a final walkthrough together to ensure everything meets your expectations before we consider the job finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cris has been working in the painting industry since 2000 and was introduced to the trade through his family at a young age. He trained alongside experienced painters early in his career, learning proper surface preparation, specialty finishes, and the importance of delivering work that lasts. Over the past 26 years, he has continued to refine his skills through hands-on experience across interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, faux finishes, and protective coating systems. His training has been built through real-world application, attention to detail, and consistent professional work on a wide range of residential projects. In addition to years of practical experience, he stays current with product knowledge and application methods to ensure the best materials and techniques are used for durability and long-term performance. Painting is not just a job — it’s a craft that has been developed and passed down through dedication, skill, and pride in quality workmanship.
