We had a raccoon that also gave birth in our attic. Martin did an amazing job advising and informing us on what’s to be expected! He was very careful to not injure or put the baby raccoons at risk. After removing the babies, he sealed up all entry ways into our attic. The momma raccoon tried to re-enter the attic but she couldn’t. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, availability, and honesty!

Martin is a great guy to work with. He responded so quickly and came the next day for a rat issue in the garage. He detected the problems right away with open gutters that led into the attic of the garage and fixed them by sealing them either cement all along with helping trim some palm tree leaves to keep them from climbing to the roof. He even helped fix the ceiling door to our attic. The traps that he placed on night one got one of the rats. He also came back to check on the other traps that were placed in the attic. Haven’t had any rat issue in the garage since. Then he gave me advice on what to buy for outdoor to prevent future problems. I would recommend!

Martin is definitely the type of contractor I was looking for. He jumped right into my situation, went to greatest extent to help me. We will work with your budget. We offer 10% off on any exclusion work for new customers. We also offer a a roof life warranty on any service done by us to our new customers.

I have worked for 3 pest control/wildlife companies in the past 10 years. I have multiple years experience with wildlife repair and prevention.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in pest control and worked my way to manager of a big company with multiple areas to supervise. I decided I wanted to be in sales again because I love interacting with my customers.
