- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job itself I have an hourly rate for the small jobs and more time consuming jobs is usually a flat rate unless unforeseen issues come up in which case I will immediately discuss it with the home owner so we can come to an agreement before any work gets done . Estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with messaging each other about project then agree to meeting where the project will be and go from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All apprentice or on the job training
