He did amazing job. Very nice had all the tools ready very respectful and reasonable when it comes to pricing . I’m sure I will hire him again for handy work. As far as my 65 inch tv,s that he installed they look amazing I have plenty of room in my house I loved .

I hired Chris to install a backsplash in my kitchen. He came out and did an estimate and we setup a start date. He was on time each day until the job was completed. The tile skills were excellent. He always cleaned up each day. He also installed my new microwave, which was not a part of this project. Chris is very professional and takes pride in his work. The final product exceeded my expectations. He will be my go to guy for future projects. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job itself I have an hourly rate for the small jobs and more time consuming jobs is usually a flat rate unless unforeseen issues come up in which case I will immediately discuss it with the home owner so we can come to an agreement before any work gets done . Estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with messaging each other about project then agree to meeting where the project will be and go from there
