JR was extremely pleasant to work with in installing my new dishwasher. He was responsive and very friendly, he did everything to save me money so I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of (especially being a female), he genuinely showed interest in wanting to help. He was also very thorough, completed the job fast and even cleaned up after so it looked like nothing even happened! Will 100% be booking him for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks JR!
