Typical Process for Working With a New Customer 1. Contact – The customer reaches out and tells us what they need. 2. Estimate – We review photos or visit the property to give a clear price. 3. Deposit – Customer pays the $100 deposit to secure the job. 4. Schedule – We set the date and send confirmation through Jobber. 5. Service – We show up on time and complete the work professionally. 6. Invoice – Customer receives the final invoice and pays easily. 7. Follow-Up – We check in to make sure they’re satisfied and offer future service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am qualified through years of hands-on field experience in lawn care, landscaping, equipment operation, and small-business management. I have training in mower maintenance, safety procedures, heavy-lifting techniques, customer service, and job estimating. My experience running A&E SantiRios has strengthened my skills in scheduling, invoicing, communication, and providing professional outdoor services.
