What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10 per notarized signature, with mobile travel fees based on distance. I offer a 10% discount for clients age 50+, active military, and verified veterans. Optional services—such as witness support or e‑recording for real estate documents—may be available upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the document type, number of signatures, and the date, time, and location for the appointment. At the appointment, I verify the identities of all signers and witnesses using a valid government‑issued ID. I review the documents to ensure they’re complete, then guide the signer through signing. Witnesses sign next, if required. Once all signatures are complete, I apply my notary stamp and certify that the document was signed correctly and in full compliance with Florida notary law.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida‑commissioned Notary Public and have completed all required state training for both traditional notarization and Remote Online Notarization (RON) through a state‑approved provider. I also maintain the mandatory Florida notary bond and carry the required errors & omissions insurance to ensure every notarization is performed securely and in full compliance with state law.
