- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is really hard to set up, simply because the needs and expectations of everyone are usually different. We set up a custom tailored plan to fit the customer to the best of our ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more we know, the better off we all are. We love to get to know the customer, and understand the exact expectations that person has so that we can set the tone for the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Outdoor experience that can't be replicated with education, as well as continued education with Photoshop and Final Cut Pro X.
