John Mackrodt of A.J. Home Inspections, was outstanding! I notified him two days before I needed a home inspection to be done on a Saturday morning. He was punctual, professional, friendly and thorough. He walked my husband through the four point inspection and included wind mitigation as well as termite inspection. I spoke with at least four other home inspectors and each wanted a separate price for the four point inspection, the termite inspection and the wind mitigation and each was at least hundred dollars more than what John charged. If you hire John, you will not be disappointed, he does quality work. Thank you John!

Very happy with John. Saved me from making a big mistake. He was prompt and honest. Only reason I didn't give him another star was I never got the final notes from him. I think he may have just slipped his mind. It doesn't matter. ..He was very nice and very good. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks John.
