Kevin was excellent. He clearly knows about above ground hot tubs/spas. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately upon inspection of the unit and took steps to put the "fix-it" plan in motion, all while keeping me informed of possible solutions and costs. Thanks to his excellent service, I now have a perfectly functioning hot tub again and all at a reasonable cost!

I have been through many pool cleaning companies. I've had issues with them overcharging, not showing up, performing poor cleanings, bad customer service, etc. Kevin is the complete opposite of these other companies. He always shows up, does an outstanding & thorough job cleaning my pool and has great communication skills. He treats your pool with the same level of care as if it were his own. Highly recommended. Give him a try, you won't regret it!

Kevins Pool Service comes with an excellent blend of technical expertise. Kevin blends pool chemistry, equipment, maintenance and repair, and water balance. Kevin is on-time, with consistent service, and excellent customer service with clean communication, friendly attitude, problem solving, which has built trust ! Kevin is detailed-oriented, and a very proactive problem solver which includes explaining things simply to me. When completing my pool cleaning, Kevin ensures my pool is clean, safe, and well maintained. it has been a very positive experience as a pool owner stress free and not a chore.
